Staging & Redesign Services

Consultation: $250/2hrs (applied to Staging fees when booked)

 

Consultations include walk and talk, home assessment with concept designs. This allows the homeowner/seller to see what needs to be done and the cost of the complete project.

 

Color Consultation: $250/2hrs

Walk through, color recommendations, photos, visual design inspiration board with proposal emailed or presented to client within 48 hours.

Occupied Staging/Redesign

$300/3hrs + (Depending on full or partial staging/redesign)

 

Consultation, Professional staging/redesign, cosmetic retouches. Exterior/curb appeal improvements. Prepares home for a successful sell. PLEASE CALL FOR BID!

Vacant Staging

While we typically concentrate on consultations and occupieds, we will take on vacant stagings as needed. Rental/purchase of furnishings, art, and accessories will be required.
